PEDIGREE launched www.puppy.com.au in July 2008, and is arguably the best pet care site ever launched in Australia.

Packed with great puppy content including health and training videos, it also features a comprehensive 12 month online program for puppy parents. The website was developed through XHTML/ CSS into .net framework. I developed the full website in XHTML/ CSS, and also the entire EDM section.

I built this Australian TV blockbuster website using XHTML and CSS. The design was excellent and really challenging to develop and called for use of PNG24's, which of course meant for further development for IE6. The design needed to be flexible, and it proved valuable when the Australian High Court intervened and demanded part of the website be removed for legal reasons relating to the TV Show!

Ever wanted to start your own business? Well St. George Bank in Australia opened up this excellent micro-site resource recently. It was a really fantastic project to be involved in, with a lovely design to develop. The most challenging part of this project was the navigation. It proved a little tricky, as the CSS rollover states had to not only effect the target button, but the buttons to the left and right. Not sure what I mean? eBay recently announced that PayPal will be introduced as the sole method of payment on eBay.com.au. They recquired a micro-site within their site framework to educate their customers regarding the changes, and I developed it using XHTML/ CSS. The trick was that you couldn't link to an external style-sheet, and styles had to remain inline, and all images had to be hosted through various external servers. An excellent and challenging project to have been involved in, with some fantastic flash video tutorials thrown in too!

Details

Salt Studios is one of Irelands finest recording studios. It has been home to artists such as Sinead O'Connor, Damien Rice, Steve Kilbey and many more including myself! I felt the best way to show off Salts attributes was through a visual approach. I implented a javascript function that randomly selected between 5 CSS stylesheets. Each style sheet contained different attributes on the body tag.

London based musician Gary Dunne launched his new album in May 2008. He recquired a new website that reflected the design of his album, which was very organic it's approach. I implemented a link through PayPal, where users could purchase his album easily, and also hosted all his videos on his website through youtube. I also designed and developed his myspace page too. Great music! Buy his album!

Irish songwriter Niall Duffy requested a website that was simple to navigate, and visually striking. He wanted a visual that was tasteful to reflect his audience. In this project, I worked hand-in-hand with Niall, creating the concept of him at a grand piano. I made this happen and built the design around this idea.

Buy a Brick.ie is an Irish based charity that recquired a web presence to attract further donations towards their building of a social reserve in India. In the 2 months after creation of the website - they was a 15% increase towards their target goal. The navigation needed more attention as it was expected that an older generation would be using the website.
